CREST is a 501c3 not-for-profit human services agency that provides effective services and supports to persons with disabilities and their families.

Our Services

  • CREST provides supervised residential programs designed to promote independence and quality of life.

  • CREST Day program offers a variety of training and enrichment activities designed to assist participants in leading an active life within their community.

  • CREST provides participants with opportunities to develop effective skills and techniques to become financially independent.

  • The North Carolina Innovations Waiver is a means of funding services and supports for people with intellectual and other related developmental disabilities

We’re on a mission to solve the problems

  • CREST services are primarily funded through Medicaid and state-funded programs and services. Considering the escalating decline in government funding, CREST relies heavily on community donations to make its services available to those who are typically not financially able.
