Responsible for oversight of Supported Employment program. Provides assistance to adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities who seek competitive integrated employment. Provides job development training including assessment, job exploration, job matching, and job coaching activities.

Responsibilities:
Monitors and reviews services in all settings that include the review of the documentation of direct care staff/contract providers. Conducts screening, admissions, and discharge from services Advocate for consumer rights and opportunities. Training of staff, consumers, families Review of evaluation/assessment of participant progress and service documentation, Clinical supervision of paraprofessional staff Develop, design, and implement individual treatment plans and programs using proven, professional treatment modalities and industry approved best practices. Coordinate, participate, facilitate team and individual contacts and meetings with consumers, their families and other stakeholders as necessary. Review and maintain adequate documentation, as required; making it available to Care Coordinators, the MCO and others as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Human Services 5 years I/DD experience Meets qualifications for Qualified Professional APSM 30-1 NC 10A Administrative Code 27G

Maintains confidentiality with the Executive Director. Prepares and processes accounts payable, and provides Executive Director with monthly assessments and budget status from monthly financial reports from accountants. Make budget recommendations as appropriate. Prepare and submit Medicaid billing for all applicable services and maintain supporting records and documentation as requires by the NC Division of Medical Assistance, and other regulatory agencies. Accurately complete and submit annual cost reports to regulatory agencies.Track company revenue. Maintain financial records of resident personal funds, processing funds request and distribution, reconciling accounts, and providing residents/guardians with quarterly statements of balances/transactions. Process related reimbursement requests. Participate in strategic planning activities in conjunction with Executive Director.
