Adult Day Vocational Program

CREST Day program offers a variety of training and enrichment activities designed to assist participants in leading an active life within their community. Our highly motivated staff provide guidance and expertise in helping individuals to develop and pursue personal interests.

Pre-vocational activities teach consumers work and pre-employment skills. The program often features guest speakers who share details about their specific vocations.

Participants also learn adaptive living skills such as utilizing public transportation and how to access and utilize community resources.

Those that attend the day program have daily opportunities for recreation and to socialize with others.

FAQ

  • Most participants are able to attend through state-funded ADVP services (Alliance Health 800-510-9132) , Medicaid waiver services, or private pay (refer to N.C. Medicaid fee scale).

  • Participants must be at least 18 years of age and have a primary diagnosis of Intellectual/Developmental Disability (I/DD).
